Shipping Information

When you place your order with Olive & Ash Inc., we guarantee that we will take the time and care required to prepare and ship your skin treats to you. Our goal is to have your order packed and shipped within 48 business hours of its receipt.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post (Expedited Parcel – ground). All Canadian shipments will have a flat-rate fee of $10.00 (which is the average cost of a package under 5kg) Should you order exceed 5kg we will email you with an estimated shipping cost and await your approval before we ship your products. If your order value is $50.00 or greater (after all promotions have been applied, but before taxes and shipping), the order will ship for FREE. Please note that these rates are subject to change without notice.
